PLANTING YOUR DREAMS

Planting Your Dreams is a 90-minute workshop experience for those who are ready to unearth and begin sowing the seeds of the passions, goals, and hopes they’ve always wanted to see bloom.
The evening opens with a screening of The Flowerkeeper, a short documentary tracing one year on Mindful Blooms Farm. It also tells the story of how Sophie, a former corporate executive, left a successful career to build something rooted in purpose rather than precedent. Her story and the natural cycles of growth the film illustrates serve as both context and invitation.
In the workshop to follow, participants will be guided through an intentional process of identifying their deepest aspirations, examining the obstacles (internal and external) that have stood between them and those aspirations, in order to map a genuine, achievable next step toward change.
